Your satisfaction matters. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Why 7 days? We offer a unique product line that celebrates shorter windows of time for holiday decorating. Our hope is that you will love your selection and keep it forever so check each item when it arrives and decide within 7 days for a full refund. Our policy also requires that the items are not used and are in new condition. After 7 days, we are not able to process a return. We do require you to pay for return shipping and can discuss shipping options when you contact customer service.

If you received a damaged product, please let us know within the 7-day window so we can work to replace it for you. Please also note that these items are limited in quantity and we will do everything we can to replace anything damaged but cannot guarantee availability of all individual items. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue a refund. We will ask you to email a photo of the damaged item to verify the issue. Simply contact us via telephone or email to notify us of the damaged item and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
If you selected a collection and want to exchange it for another, we can do that but note that return shipping and shipping for the new item will be charged.
Processing Your Refund
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we have received and inspected your returned product, you can expect to receive a refund within 5-10 business days. We will notify you via email once we’ve received your return and the refund has been processed.
